With one of the costliest subscription plans on the market, HBO Max knew it needed to evolve to broaden its audience base. While the ad-supported product went into beta, the marketing campaign was on its way. Research told us choice and price were the primary value propositions for users across every age group and acquisition stage. So we iterated our messaging and went to market.
